School starts for us in ONE WEEK. I’m jumping for joy, seriously. I know some of you all have already started (LUCKY!)
In preparation for the start of school I’m making lunches ahead of time. I’m the queen of “hate to make lunch” so I always try to have some prepared and in the freezer. Jordan’s favorite? Homemade Copycat Uncrustables! She likes hers plain peanut butter, but sometimes I make them with jelly too. And they only have 3 ingredients and take just a few minutes.

AND? PIZZA Uncrustables. It’s a thing!! Jordan loves these best (so do I!) It’s a pizza sandwich, no mess! They freeze great and you can eat them room temperature or microwave or toast them. Easy peasy!
